An Ohio school district didn’t set out to “go viral” or make national news. They weren’t rolling out a major initiative or announcing a big policy change. Instead, they did something much simpler — and much more powerful.

Someone placed a microphone in a school hallway and invited students to share something good happening in their lives. A simple lesson in authenticity. And that’s all it took.
